If you want to see the evidence of the known benefits of practising mindfulness...

More than 10,000 published research papers are available online if you want to research the subject in depth.  Studies have shown that mindfulness can be helpful in many situations.

Psychological benefits include: a general sense of well-being, reducing anxiety, relapse prevention of depression, anger management, and suppression of trauma thoughts.

Physiological benefits have been shown to provide immune system improvements which have positive outcomes for suffers of ME (chronic fatigue syndrome), MS, eating disorders and addictions.

If you have specific questions or would like to find out more, please contact Corinne Edbrooke.
