Our group meets on Friday mornings for 80 minutes about twice a month on Zoom. This allows you to be able to enjoy visits to places all over the world from the comfort of your own armchair. If you would like to join us please contact me. For anyone unfamiliar with zoom we can arrange to guide you through using it, it is very simple once you have been shown.

Recently our group has been on a cruise in the Middle East visiting Qatar, Bahrain and UAE.  It was nice to get some sunshine and heat in our winter months if only through photographs.

Then we spent a number of sessions looking around the wonderful city of Paris.  We walked the Champs Elysees, looked at the Eiffel Tower, climbed the Arc de Triomphe, visited the Musee d’Orsay and walked in the Tuileries Garden next to the Louvre. However, the highlight of the visit was when we were able to enjoy the Easter services in Sacre-Coeur and Notre Dame.  The magnificence of the renovated Notre Dame Cathedral was a special experience and we were amazed at what was achieved in just five years.  In addition the 2025 David Hockney exhibition was on at the inspiring Foundation Louis Vuitton building so we spent a little time admiring his talents.
