The group is temporarily inactive however, the intention is to restart the Freeform Meditation and Wellbeing group later in the year at a different and more cost  effective venue. 

The Group Leader, Richard writes...

There will be a change in the way the information is presented in order to accommodate those who wish to learn Meditation and Wellbeing techniques but have their own fixed pathway or religion to follow through life.

The meetings will be comprised of 10-20 minutes Wellbeing exercises, 20-30 minutes of Meditation techniques and then a 5 min break where those who do not wish to learn about our deeper inner nature may leave! We will then finish up with talks on the philosophy behind the techniques as taught by the worlds Spiritual Masters.
